Automations & Integrations

Connect the systems you already use and stop retyping the same data.

The same data, entered three times

It's the most common thing we see. An order comes in on the website. Someone types it into the accounting system. Someone else updates stock in the POS. A third person copies the address into the courier's portal. Every step is a chance to make a mistake, and all of it is time nobody's paid for.

Integration work removes those steps. Not by replacing your systems — by connecting the ones you already have.

What we connect

Real work: Games Plus Malta Node.js middleware connecting FuturePOS to WooCommerce across three shops. 30,000 products, delta sync via SQLite so only changes get transferred, and Telegram alerts if anything stops. It runs unattended.

How we approach it

We start by mapping what actually happens now — including the parts done manually that nobody documented. Then we identify which steps are worth automating and which are genuinely better left to a human.

Not everything should be automated. An edge case that happens twice a year usually costs more to automate than to handle by hand, and we'll say so rather than build it.

What you get

Internal tools and dashboards

Sometimes the answer isn't an integration but a small internal tool. Reconciliation dashboards, field-team apps, reporting interfaces. We build these with React, TypeScript and Supabase — quick to ship, easy to change, and they don't need a server team to run.

How we quote an integration

Integration pricing depends almost entirely on the systems involved. A courier API with clean documentation is straightforward. An old POS with no documented interface takes longer — and we won't know which one you have until we look.

So we map the work first: what systems, what data, what happens now manually. That mapping conversation tells us both what's worth automating and what it takes, and you get a fixed quote from it. The mapping is free, and if part of your process isn't worth automating, we'll tell you rather than build it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

If your question isn't here, just ask us directly — we reply fast.

Usually yes. Even older systems typically have a database we can read or export files we can watch. We've worked with systems that had no documented API at all.
You get a Telegram alert immediately, and the middleware retries automatically. Everything is logged, so when we investigate we can see exactly what happened rather than guessing.
Often yes. Node.js middleware is light. If your current setup can't handle it, a small dedicated VPS costs a few euros a month and keeps the integration isolated from your website.
With a short conversation about what's currently manual. That's usually enough for us to tell you what's worth automating and roughly what it would cost — no charge for that part.
